Good News for Conservatives Just Keeps Coming

Donald Trump joked during the campaign that “we will have so much winning if I get elected that you may get bored with winning.”

Indeed the victories just keep piling up for us conservatives but we’ll never get bored. For instance the Washington Post reported:

Donald Trump is set to inherit an uncommon number of vacancies in the federal courts in addition to the open Supreme Court seat, giving the president-elect a monumental opportunity to reshape the judiciary after taking office. The estimated 103 judicial vacancies that President Obama is expected to hand over to Trump in the Jan. 20 transition of power is nearly double the 54 openings Obama found eight years ago following George W. Bush’s presidency.

This is yet another huge opportunity for Trump. And wonders how this happened and only can conjecture that Obama was so certain that Clinton was going to win that he did not rush to fill the judgeships immediately, i.e., more Democrat complacency that cost them big-time.

Now look at this from a post-election interview with the left-wing loon Rachel Maddow from MSNBC, referring to her media cronies as ‘you’:

You have got a different fight of your life than you thought you were going to have (when the media thought that Clinton was going to win). You’re going to have to do different work than you thought you were going to do. And whatever (Trump) is going to cook up is going to pose all sorts of fascinating challenges we were not expecting…

I’m worried that, in an industry (the news media) that is so weak, just in terms of its business model, with papers consolidating everywhere and the jobs just not not being there, the business is in a really bad position to defend itself if it comes under sustained attack…

Excellent. These media skunks have lied to us for decades and pushed us conservatives around relentlessly using their wealth and power. It is poetic justice that they are now so threatened. We are enjoying every minute of their rapid decline.

Even the New York Times recently announced that it is going to vacate 8 full floors of its new headquarters building in New York City to consolidate its staff and save money since the Times is shrinking in influence, prestige and financial solvency. Wonderful.

Maddow then said about Melania Trump’s lawsuit against a blogger:

Every president hates the media, and every smart politician plays itself against journalists and it’s fun to yell at us…But, I feel like the incoming presidential administration is really, really, really against the media, including the president-elect’s wife currently suing a blogger for $150 million. So, I’m worried that, if there is a real attack on the press, the press will just crumble because we are so weak as an institution. … But I’m worried about like a real attack on the press.

Awesome … “the press will just crumble”. It already is happening. This is what we conservatives have been hoping for and waiting for for many years. Just look at all of the ‘fake news’ in the Mainstream Media that has been exposed since the election. Every new story undercuts media credibility.

This all would not be so bad if it were isolated from the present circumstances, but these same biased media rats bet their chips 500% against Trump and savaged him throughout the campaign like never before. And they lost. Thus Trump will be only too happy to hammer them every single day in retaliation. We have never had a president who is going to be so willing and unafraid to expose the media as Trump will, and to point out their lies. Fantastic. Fasten your seat belts. The media will never recover.

Trump won by peeling away traditional Democrat voters here, there and everywhere, particularly white working class voters. This is going to accelerate as Trump succeeds, as is sure he will. Look at this from

The Democratic Party suffered huge losses at every level during Obama’s (presidency). The grand total: a net loss of 1,042 state and federal Democratic posts, including congressional and state legislative seats, governorships and the presidency.

The latter was perhaps the most profound example of Obama’s popularity failing to translate to support for his allies. Hillary Clinton, who served as secretary of state under Obama, brought the first family out for numerous campaign appearances. In September, Obama declared that his “legacy’s on the ballot.”

This figure does not even include local seats like mayoralties and city council seats, which is being reported to have pushed the total over 1,500 seats lost by Democrats. And now reports:

As (Democrat US) Senator Harry Reid faces his last days in the Senate, he flashed some gallows humor about the Democratic party’s chances in the 2020 presidential election.

In a profile for New York magazine Reid was informed about Vice President Joe Biden’s possible interest in running for president. Asked if he would support the Vice President, Reid replied: “It depends on who’s running. It appears we’re going to have an old folks’ home. We’ve got [Elizabeth] Warren; she’ll be 71. Biden will be 78. Bernie [Sanders] will be 79.”

Yes, an “old folks’ home” after Democrats have for decades been touting their armies of youthful adherents. Elizabeth Warren is better known as ‘Pocahontas’ for registering herself as a native American earlier in her career in order to increase her employment opportunities as a “minority” since she has 1/32 native blood. She is now a laughingstock whom liberals thought was going to be a big star for their party.

It could get worse. Pocahontas is a sitting US senator from Massachusetts who could lose her seat in the 2018 mid-term elections to retired Boston Red Sox star pitcher and born-again Christian Curt Schilling, a very popular figure who may challenge her. And if the Democrats lose a Massachusetts Senate seat in 2018 then their party will be even worse off than it already is, which is bad.

Could the Democrats lose influential Jewish voters? They sure could, and for good reason. reported:

TEL AVIV – Israel’s ambassador to the United States warned Tuesday that the country will provide “evidence” to President-elect Donald Trump that President Barack Obama was behind Friday’s (anti-Israel) resolution at the United Nations Security Council.

Ambassador Ron Dermer told CNN that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu summoned his American counterpart, Dan Shapiro, for an explanation, since the U.S. is “the only country where we have any expectation to actually stand with us at the United Nations.”

The U.S. broke with a decades-long policy of vetoing anti-Israel resolutions and chose to abstain from the vote, which passed 14-0.

“It’s an old story that the United Nations gangs up against Israel. What is new is that the United States did not stand up and oppose that gang-up. And what is outrageous is that the United States was actually behind that gang-up,” Dermer said.

So there you go. believes that this one UN vote is going to be a game changer among Jewish voters, not a seismic shift, but a noteworthy one to add to all of the other shifts going on toward Trump and Republicans and conservatives, adding up incrementally to more and more conservative power.

Let’s remember how all of the pundits, both liberal and conservative, said that Trump was going to lose the election and drag down the whole Republican party. Nonsense. When Trump is inaugurated on January 20 Republicans will control:

*the White House and the enormous power that goes with it, including the power to appoint Supreme Court justices and federal judges, which will re-make American jurisprudence for decades to come;
*the US Senate, with 52 Republican US senators out of 100. That number even could go to 53 since one Democrat may switch parties. This gives Republicans majority control of the Senate again, which they were expected to lose in the recent election. This means that Trump will generally get all of the legislation that he wants and the appointments that he wants, including the Supreme Court. His first Court pick could be Ted Cruz of Texas;
*the US House of Representative with 247 Republicans to 188 Democrats, a historic GOP majority. As Republican dominance continues long-serving Democrats may quit out of frustration, leading to a possible snowball effect in favor of the GOP;
*Republicans will hold 33 out of 50 governorships. Republican governors rule almost all of the thriving and growing American states, and also many once-liberal states like Wisconsin and Michigan. Even ultra-liberal Vermont just elected a Republican governor by a whopping 9 points.
*Republicans will have majority control of 68 out of 98 state legislative bodies.
*Republicans have been doing extremely well in mid-term elections and so you can expect their power to rise even more in 2018, with Trump there to help them. In 2018 eight Republican US senators are up for re-election and 25(!) Democrats are. This will provide a clear opportunity for another rout of the Democrats and could even take Republicans to 60 US Senate seats, the “magic number” that would give Trump almost unlimited power.
