Mueller Falls on his Face Again/ Rich Liberals Love Marijuana

The preposterous Robert Mueller investigation is supposed to bring down president Trump but has called it a hoax from the start. Look at this from Fox News on February 16 about an indictment by Mueller of 13 hapless Russians who had nothing whatsoever to do with the Trump campaign:

“After the election, the (Russian) defendants allegedly staged rallies to support the president-elect while simultaneously staging rallies to protest his election,” Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said in a Friday press conference.

This shows that the Russians played both sides as we know that they did in other ways too. So how could they be helping Trump? And why do we care what they did since their overall Facebook ad purchases were .004% of spending on elections on Facebook in 2016 and that half of the ads were pro-Hillary(!) It gets worse. Rosenstein added:

“There is no allegation in this indictment that any American was a knowing participant in this illegal activity …there is no allegation in the indictment that the charged conduct altered the outcome of the 2016 election.”

So there you go. No Americans knowingly participated (i.e., colluded) including anyone in the Trump campaign. And this Russian effort had no effect on the election. This all shows how pathetic Mueller is. He has indicted The Keystone Cops in a desperate attempt to make it look like he is accomplishing something

At the same time we can guess that many foreign factions worked against Trump including ones we will never know about and also including, of course, the international press which did so by trashing candidate Trump every minute of every day. How about that for “foreign collusion with the Hillary Clinton campaign”?

Then remember in contrast that Obama openly sent US operatives and even our taxpayer cash to work to defeat prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the Israeli elections of 2015 (they failed). reports:

According to the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations (PSI), the State Department gave $349,276 in U.S. taxpayer-funded grants to a political group in Israel to build a campaign operation, which subsequently was used to try to influence Israelis to vote against conservative Benjamin Netanyahu in the March 2015 election for prime minister.

Why isn’t Obama prosecuted? How about 2016 when Obama said in a speech in Britain that British voters should not vote to leave the European Union or that they would risk finding themselves “at the back of the (line)” in getting any type of trade deal with the United States.

That comment is a blatant threat used to influence an election. So it is obvious who is interfering in foreign elections.

You cannot talk about Trump’s fake ‘collusion’ with Russia without considering genuine decades-long collusion and cooperation between Democrats and the communists in the Soviet Union (Russia). Just look at this one amazing story from Forbes magazine:

Picking his way through the Soviet archives that Boris Yeltsin had just thrown open, in 1991 Tim Sebastian, a reporter for the London Times, came across an arresting memorandum. Composed in 1983 by Victor Chebrikov, the top man at the KGB, the memorandum was addressed to Yuri Andropov, the top man in the entire USSR. The subject: Sen. Edward Kennedy.

“On 9-10 May of this year,” the May 14 memorandum explained, “Sen. Edward Kennedy’s close friend and trusted confidant [John] Tunney was in Moscow.” (Tunney was Kennedy’s law school roommate and a former Democratic senator from California.) “The senator charged Tunney to convey the following message, through confidential contacts, to the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, Y. Andropov.”

Kennedy’s message was simple. He proposed an unabashed quid pro quo. Kennedy would lend Andropov a hand in dealing with President Reagan. In return, the Soviet leader would lend the Democratic Party a hand in challenging Reagan in the 1984 presidential election. “The only real potential threats to Reagan are problems of war and peace and Soviet-American relations,” the memorandum stated. “These issues, according to the senator, will without a doubt become the most important of the election campaign.”

There were certainly many incidents like this that we will never know about. Thus now we have a clearer picture of why the Democrats today are so rabidly triggered by the very word “Russia”. It just isn’t the good old place that they knew decades ago when the communists ran it and Democrats colluded with them against a freely elected American president and surely others.

Now here is an editorial about marijuana:

The Aspen Times newspaper in the ultra-swanky ski resort of Aspen, Colorado reports this about Colorado’s third year of legal marijuana:

There was plenty of green to go around among Aspen’s marijuana dispensaries in 2017, and more than enough to top liquor stores in revenue, as well.

Legal-pot purveyors hauled in $11.3 million in revenue last year compared with $10.5 million for liquor stores, marking the first time marijuana sales outpaced booze for the year in Aspen. The figures were provided Wednesday by the city’s Finance Department in its year-end sales tax report for 2017, which showed Aspen’s retailers combined to generate $730.4 million in revenue, 2 percent better than 2016.

Cannabis revenue last year also marked a 16 percent improvement over 2016, which produced $9.7 million in sales. Of Aspen’s 12 retail sectors, the marijuana industry also enjoyed the biggest rate of growth last year. Liquor store sales were flat between 2016 and 2017, according to the city’s’ report.

“I think it’s meaningful for a couple of reasons,” said Matt Kind, a (Colorado) entrepreneur and host of the CannaInsider podcast. “… I think people are looking for something different from alcohol, which is essentially poison, and marijuana is botanical.”

Six pot shops and five liquor stores are within Aspen city limits.

This is fascinating. First, Aspen is extremely wealthy and extremely liberal. Thus the well-to-do and rich liberal baby boomers who allegedly have everything that man has wanted since the beginning of time, including Aspen’s total pleasure-seeker lifestyle, are seeking to get more “high”. They are smoking marijuana after having been introduced to it in the 1960s. You would think that they would have grown out of smoking it and also would be happy with their materialistic lives.

But no. Second marijuana is not “better than alcohol” like marijuana activists say. It is much worse than alcohol.

Third, alcohol is not “poison”; this is what marijuana activists say to promote their product. Alcohol has been legal and accepted for thousands of years and is a natural product of fermentation. Marijuana has never been legal until recently.

Fourth, marijuana is not “botanical” or “harmless fun” as it is portrayed. It is a powerful drug that has caused schizophrenia and psychosis in millions of Americans even after short periods of use. It is no different than other “botanical” drugs like cocaine, which also comes from a leaf. Marijuana also is a ‘gateway drug’ that often leads to harder drugs like cocaine and heroin. Alcohol does not do that.

Fifth, marijuana has to be smoked, which is harmful to the lungs since the smoke is held in the lungs for the biggest “high”. Smoking one marijuana cigarette has been equated to smoking a whole pack of tobacco cigarettes. Yet liberals who hate tobacco don’t say a word about that since they love marijuana.

Meanwhile marijuana has been treated for decades with all sorts of herbicides and pesticides during its growth cycle and so its consumption has been much more dangerous to the lungs than commonly believed.

At the same time alcohol consumption in the US generally produces no effect or a small or moderate effect (one beer, one drink, two drinks, etc.). Yet every single puff of todays’ powerful marijuana produces a very significant “high” like being totally drunk. Repeated use at this level, even for short periods, can cause serious psychological problems.

The American Medical Association calls marijuana “dangerous” and studies have shown it over and over to have a seriously negative effect of the brain. has said for years that its legalization is a very bad idea, particularly because kids now will take it up at younger ages since they will say that “it’s legal” and they know that they will be able to buy it legally when they get older, and since it is becoming easier than ever to get.

Look at this quote about marijuana in Aspen: “When (legalized recreational marijuana) first came along, there were questions if it would hurt business,” said Tom Ressel, day manager of the Local Spirits liquor store. “But obviously it hasn’t.”

This means that Aspen is still drinking plenty of alcohol but that the same people now want an entirely new “high” on top of what alcohol already was producing, i.e., many more people in Aspen are higher than ever. What a bunch of losers.

President Trump is reputed to have never taken a drink of alcohol or used any type of drug. believes it.

Georgia State economics professor Alberto Chong said. “Our findings clearly show that these two substances (marijuana and alcohol) act as strong substitutes in the marketplace. This implies that rather than exacerbating the consequences of alcohol consumption — such as an increase in addiction, car accidents or disease risk — legalizing cannabis may temper them.”

But the statistics about Aspen contradict this claim. Then again Aspen is not representative of the whole nation. It is a wealthy bubble.

An acquaintance of, a successful businessman with a $10 million fortune and a wonderful family, died in an accident in April 2017 at age 62. believes that he was “high” on marijuana at the time since he was a lifelong marijuana addict. So I personally know the toll that marijuana takes. It is not harmless fun.
