Fox News reported:
Character actor James Cromwell was honored at the fourth annual Carney Awards, where he used his platform to call for change in the United States and warn of violence if President Trump and his allies remain in office.
… Speaking to Variety at the event, he warned of the turn that he sees America taking and cautioned there will be “blood in the streets” if Republicans remain in control.
“This is nascent fascism. We always had a turnkey, totalitarian state — all we needed was an excuse, and all the institutions were in place to turn this into pure fascism,” Cromwell said. “If we don’t stop [President Trump] now, then we will have a revolution for real. Then there will be blood in the streets.”
… We will cut through the corruption, [and] we won’t have to do what comes next, which is either a non-violent revolution or a violent one, because this has got to end.”
Imagine that… after eight awful years of Obama, we get just 20 months of Trump and these people are going insane. They are extremely fragile, irrational and immature.
You may think that this is just another Follywood lunatic raging over president Trump, and you would be correct. But then again we see these suggestions of violence – and actual acts of violence like the shooting of congressman Steve Scalise or the attack on US senator Rand Paul – over and over and over coming from everywhere on the loony left (artists, sports figures, crazy activists, Democrat politicians, etc.).
In other words people on the far left are proving to us that they really don’t deserve to live in a Constitutional republic like America because they don’t even want to accept the outcome of elections that they do not like.
They also reject the rule of law by, for instance, establishing sanctuary cities or allowing heroin addicts to shoot up safely in specially-designed centers.
Remember the Golden Rule: Crime, lawlessness and violence always rise as a society moves politically to the left. President Trump is openly warning about this. Good.
Our Constitutional system even allows these radicals to participate in our freedoms but fortunately it gives us elections in which to reject them.
And when they do lose, that rejection hurts them deeply. They are like the fragile guy who gets dumped by his girlfriend or like Obama feeling rejected when Hillary lost. He cannot take it. He retreats into insanity, sadness and even rage. This is just one negative reaction that they felt with Trump’s election – the sting of rejection.
On the other hand Nikitas3.com does not recall any of this type of crazy talk or violence from conservatives after Obama was elected. We knew that he was an evil force but we organized and voted and Hillary lost. Thank God.
Meanwhile president Trump is merely doing what any good leader would do – stimulating the economy, protecting the border, fighting for better trade deals, making the world safer with a deal to de-nuclearize North Korea, etc.
What is so bad about that? Why are these people so angry with these good results?
It goes to the heart of what socialism represents which is a utopian vision of the world that never, ever works. Just look at these communist nations like Cuba and Venezuela where there is abject misery and poverty among most of the people, and no fair elections or laws that they can cling to for hope.
In fact conservatism always comes vastly closer to utopia than socialism ever does. This enrages and confounds the left. For instance Bernie Sanders has said that he wants the government to guarantee a job to anyone who wants a job, yet the Trump economy is doing that naturally.
Many Trump haters also feel a tremendous sense of envy that president Trump is succeeding, including Republicans like Mitt Romney who is jealous of Trump after Romney failed to get elected president in 2012. Ditto House speaker Paul Ryan, who was Romney’s vice presidential running mate. Ryan has consistently disagreed with and belittled the president in public.
And it is important to remember that envy is the most powerful emotion of all. It often drives people crazy and makes them want to seek revenge in any way possible.
For example, Rosie O’Donnell and the president have had a long-running feud and thus it is driving O’Donnell nuts that Trump is now president and that she is just an aging has-been celebrity with an intense anger inside her that will never go away; with her own deep and unanswered psychological problems; and with an adopted daughter who hates her. Thus she is also jealous of president Trump’s strong, close-knit and accomplished family.
So you have rejection, anger and envy. It is a toxic mix. It leads to violence like more than 600 documented acts of violence and threats of violence against president Trump and Trump supporters.
Socialism also targets emotional people who have visceral reactions to the events of the day. This is why anti-Trump rioters could smash windows and burn cars simply because the president was being inaugurated.
Democrats also target people who are irrational like the actors Robert De Niro or James Cromwell. This irrationality is seen every day in wacky letters to the editor in your local newspaper, and in millions of crazed internet posts that show writers in a state of hysteria, rage and confusion.
The horrible behavior of protesters, and even of Democrat US senators, during the Kavanaugh hearings needs no further clarification.
You don’t see this on the conservative side…
Socialism also targets shallow, insecure and fearful people who often have very emotional reactions to events. For instance modern-day environmentalism instills fear and turmoil with a dark vision of the world ending in ‘climate change’.
‘Green’ zombies are cultivated through decades of unrelenting propaganda. Nikitas3.com remembers it well from the first ‘earth day’ in 1970 when ‘green’ leaders predicted the end of the world in 20 years or less. It made me very frightened but eventually I came to reject it.
So the vision of “blood in the streets” is just another form of angry, irrational armageddon that these people rely on to stimulate their own and their followers’ imaginations. They are in a bottomless state of agitation and constantly look to the extremes for answers and solutions.
It must be a horrible way to live your life but then again it must be horrible to be a Democrat these days with heroes like Michael Moore, Rosie O’Donnell and this James Cromwell character, whoever he is.
