Democrat Voter Fraud Accelerated Significantly in 2018

After the election of president Trump the Democrats’ old-fashioned type of voter fraud was no longer enough to sustain them. In 2018 we saw brazen new types of fraud that are going to continue indefinitely into the future. This is a third-world type of fraud that you would see in a corrupt ‘banana republic’.

It started in the US Senate race in Alabama in December 2017 when Republican candidate Roy Moore was smeared with never-proven sexual allegations from the 1970s and subsequently lost the election. One of the women who accused Moore of sexual assault even admitted that the evidence that she had presented was forged, as noticed immediately when it was presented.

We saw this smear tactic continue with the malicious and false sexual abuse charges against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Then in the November 6, 2018 mid-term elections Democrats used blatant new types of fraud to win many of the 40 US House seats that they ‘flipped’ from Republicans.

Democrat fraud was first noted in 1948 when Democrat president Lyndon Johnson won his first US Senate race in Texas. He was initially down by 20,000 votes but ultimately won by 87 votes, earning him the nickname ‘Landslide Lyndon’.

And then of course it is widely accepted that Democrats went on to steal the 1960 presidential election for John F. Kennedy.

Up to the recent November mid-term elections modern-day Democrats used voter fraud only when they lost by a few hundred votes or less, and could magically ‘find’ those votes in a back room at the town hall or in the trunk of a car.

They did this famously in the US Senate election in Minnesota in 2008 won by 312 votes by Democrat Al Franken after Republican Norm Coleman had been declared the winner by a razor-thin margin in the original vote count. They also did it in the 2004 gubernatorial election in Washington state.

But in the recent mid-term elections things changed. In California we saw a type of fraud that we have never seen before when Democrat House candidates rebounded to claim victory after victory after being down by thousands of votes on election day.

In fact every single close House race in 2018 has gone to the Democrats except for one race in North Carolina. And that one victory is being aggressively challenged.

This is all no coincidence. Below are excerpts from various internet sources about some of the US House races that the Democrats appear to have stolen since November 6. First, Fox News reported:

Rep. David Valadao, R-Calif., conceded to Democrat T.J. Cox Thursday, ending his bid for a fourth term in Congress a month after Election Day and eight days after Cox claimed victory in the race to represent California’s 21st congressional district.

… Cox, who trailed Valadao in the vote count until Nov. 26, led the incumbent by 862 votes out of more than 113,000 cast as of Thursday (November 29).

So notice how the results in this California race only have been certified more than one month after the election. This is the standard old-time Democrat tactic – when they lose, they immediately go to work “finding” votes even if it takes weeks to do so.

Establishment Republicans are fighting back against this new type of fraud in the usual way – like wimps. Fox News reported about House speaker Paul Ryan:

… Ryan questioned the legitimacy of California’s ballot-counting process Thursday, adding to claims from many Republicans that the state’s election procedures are flawed.

“It defies logic to me,” Ryan told the Washington Post. “We had a lot of wins that night, and three weeks later we lost basically every contested California race. This election system they have, I can’t begin to understand what ballot harvesting is.”

“Ballot harvesting” is when a third party collects completed ballots from voters and hands them over to election officials. The practice was legal for the first time in California this year.

“Defies logic” is a tepid response. On the other hand, here is how a Democrat responded when he was declared the loser in a US House race in North Carolina to Republican Mark Harris. Democrat Dan McCready said:

“Over the last week, we have seen the criminal activity come to light, and we have seen that my opponent Mark Harris has bankrolled this criminal activity…”

See the difference in tone? From Democrats who fight back and shamelessly steal elections? That election still has not been certified.

This is why Republicans lose power over and over when they should be winning – because they don’t fight back… until president Trump came along, that is, and saved the whole Republican party from disaster.

‘Ballot harvesting’ is just another new and irregular step in the voting process that is perfect for fraud; this is why California Democrats wanted it. “Ballot harvesting” means that the third party (a Democrat operative in this case) goes to a Republican address (as listed on the voter rolls) and collects the ballot(s) and tosses the ballots in the garbage. And then he returns to the voter registrar’s office with a pile of ballots that he/she has falsely filled out for Democrats.

This can happen when crooked Democrat voter registrars hand out piles of blank ballots to their crooked friends before the election to fill out for the Democrat candidate. If the election totals are close the ballots are suddenly “found” or “harvested”.

In Florida, for instance, in ultra-liberal Broward County one temporary poll worker even swore out an affidavit claiming that she saw other poll workers in a back room sitting at tables and filling out stacks of blank ballots, certainly in favor of Democrat candidates. This would normally be done in private. reported about Chelsey Marie Smith:

In a sworn affidavit presented to the Florida State Attorney General, this temporary worker (Smith) claims that she witnessed “four Supervisor of Elections employees sitting at the same table actively filling out election ballots.” Further, according to the affidavit, each of the four workers “had a stack of blank ballots to the right of them … and a stack of completed ballots to their left.”

Fox News reported about the new tactic of ‘ballot harvesting’ in the California mid-term House elections in strongly Republican Orange County:

“The number of election day vote-by-mail drop-offs was unprecedented — over 250,000,” Whitaker wrote, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. “This is a direct result of ballot harvesting. That directly caused the switch from (Republicans) being ahead on election night to losing two weeks later.”

Meanwhile The Gateway Pundit reported about California:

Precinct 38083 in Orange County, California had a 120% turnout – 465 registered voters and 561 ballots cast in this precinct. (screenshot below)

Other numbers don’t add up in Orange County either and The Gateway Pundit has been reporting on this for weeks.

October 22nd totals for voter registration there show 541,665 (R) and 523,624 (D) yet totals from Election Day for D’s surpass that by 40k votes so we’re to believe there was 100%+ turnout of registered Dems?

Yes, in Democrat-dominated California we are to believe it. In Democrat-dominated Detroit in 2016 it was found that 37% of the polling precincts reported more votes cast than voters registered. Multiply this by thousands of urban precincts across the nation and you can have major fraud, in the millions of votes. And it is just one type of fraud. Fox News reported:

A minor change in California’s election laws may had a major effect on last month’s midterm elections that saw Democrats steamroll their Republican rivals and claim all but seven of the Golden State’s 53 House seats.

Despite holding substantial leads on Election Day, many Republican candidates in California saw their advantage shrink, and then disappear, as late arriving Democratic votes were counted in the weeks following the election. While no hard evidence is available, many observers point to the Democrats use of “ballot harvesting” as a key to their success in the elections.

“Anecdotally there was a lot of evidence that ballot harvesting was going on,” Neal Kelley, the registrar for voters in Southern California’s Orange County, told Fox News.

In Orange County – once seen as a Republican stronghold in the state– every House seat went to a Democrat after an unprecedented “250,000” vote-by-mail drop-offs were counted, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

“People were carrying in stacks of 100 and 200 of them. We had had multiple people calling to ask if these people were allowed to do this,” Kelley said.

Two years ago, California Gov. Jerry Brown signed into law AB1921, which legalized the so-called practice of “ballot harvesting.” Previously, only a family member or someone living in the same household was permitted to drop off mail ballots for a voter, but the new (law) allowed anyone – including political operatives – to collect and return them for a voter.

John Binder at Bretibart News reported:

Government Accountability Institute (GAI) research director Eric Eggers says California’s latest changes to state election law that allow so-called “ballot harvesting” most recently aided Democrats in the midterm elections.

In an exclusive interview with SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Tonight, Eggers detailed how the state of California has implemented ballot harvesting that allows political operatives to collect voters’ ballots and deliver them to polling stations.

“A lot of things that we perceive to be voter fraud … are actually legal,” Eggers said. “So California changed the law so that ballot harvesting allows for a third party … participants to collect ballots or harvest them from voters and then be able to drop them off at polling places. They just changed the law in 2016.”

“As soon as these people get on the rolls, you now have political campaigns, regardless of whether people should be voting or not, the political campaigns now have free license to go find you, and essentially even if they don’t find you, just turn in a ballot in your name,” Eggers continued. “That’s what ballot harvesting is.”

Eggers said California’s enormous noncitizen and illegal alien population — almost 11 million foreign-born residents reside in the state — is likely contributing to potential voter fraud that is facilitated because of ballot harvesting.

What’s fraudulent or suspect about it? Well, a number of things. Number one, we know we have a million illegal immigrants in California who have Driver’s Licenses. So right away, the threshold there is between who can vote and who is registered to vote I think is quite different. So we know we have illegal voters registered to vote. In fact, ahead of the election, they admitted they had over 1,500 people because of the new automatic voter registration.

“They’ve completely changed the landscape in California and I think that’s one of the reasons why you’re seeing the results be what they are,” Eggers said.

Joel Pollak at Breitbart wrote:

California Democrats “stole” the midterm election using a new method that is illegal elsewhere but completely legal in the Golden State: a practice called “ballot harvesting,” which allows third parties to submit mail-in ballots for voters.

… And Democrats are proud of it, mocking Republicans for failing to take advantage of a new law signed by Governor Jerry Brown in 2016, over GOP objections, that allows “ballot harvesting,” and which some Republicans are now blaming for their defeat.

… In Orange County alone, where every House seat went Democratic, “the number of Election Day vote-by-mail dropoffs was unprecedented — over 250,000,” Fred Whitaker, chairman of the county Republican Party, said in a note to supporters. “This is a direct result of ballot harvesting allowed under California law for the first time. That directly caused the switch from being ahead on election night to losing two weeks later.”

Fox News continued:

California took longer than other states to finish counting ballots cast Nov. 6, prompting criticism from many Republicans. By Election Night millions of ballots that were mailed in still needed to be hand-counted.

… Democrats flipped six House seats across the state on Election Night. Most of California’s outstanding ballots were those received by mail or received after Election Day. Others were provisional ballots, which are submitted when voters show up to the wrong polling location, or when their name isn’t on the rolls.

The state also allows same-day voter registration, adding to the number of ballots that needed to be verified and counted.

OK, so there you go. Same-day voter registration is another way to commit fraud. It has been promoted by Democrats for years. With same-day registration voters show up at the polls, register to vote and then vote. Their eligibility is never verified at the time. And often it never is.

For instance, in New Hampshire in the 2016 election same-day voter registration probably cost incumbent Republican US senator Kelly Ayotte her seat by just 1,017 votes out of 708,281 votes cast (a .2% margin of victory). The Washington Times reported on September 7, 2017:

More than 6,500 people registered to vote in New Hampshire on (election day, Nov. 8, 2016) using out-of-state driver’s licenses, and since then the vast majority have neither obtained an in-state license nor registered a motor vehicle.

Conservatives say the state’s same-day registration is an invitation for fraud because of loose proof-of-residence rules.

… The numbers read this way:

⦁ 6,540 people registered and voted on Nov. 8, based on presenting out-of-state licenses.

⦁ As of Aug. 30, about 15 percent (1,014 of the voters) had been issued New Hampshire driver’s licenses.

⦁ Οf the remaining 5,526, barely more than 200 (3.3 percent) had registered a motor vehicle in New Hampshire.

New Hampshire law gives drivers 60 days upon establishing residence to obtain a state license.

But more than 80 percent of voters who registered on Nov. 8 using out-of-state driver’s licenses, or 5,313 of them, neither had a state license nor registered a motor vehicle almost 10 months later.

In other words fraudsters probably came in (probably young people from next-door Massachusetts where there are many colleges close to New Hampshire), registered in New Hampshire on election day, voted Democrat, and then went home or back to their campus. They were never caught. It would take way too much time and money to track them down and prove that they had committed fraud.

Did Ayotte protest? No, like a good Republican she threw in the towel without a fight. Would a Democrat have protested very loudly, with the national media chiming in? Yes, of course.

In fact Democrats protested for weeks when Republican Brian Kemp won by 55,000 votes in the governor’s race in Georgia. This is part of the new and more radical Democrat fraud strategy going forward – protest and raise questions about an election even when the Democrat loses significantly. has been saying for years that voter registration should be done in-person at the city hall or town hall, and should be completed one month before election day to give enough time so that the registration can be verified.

Another major fraud tactic is ‘motor-voter’ registration, where you are automatically registered to vote when you get a driver’s license.

This obviously leads to illegal aliens getting registered to vote when they get a driver’s license, as more than 1 million illegals have done in California. This is why Democrats have wanted so badly for illegals to be able to get driver’s licenses.

Fox News reported about a North Carolina US House race won by a Republican in the mid-terms:

It’s been nearly a month since North Carolina voters cast their ballots for the 9th Congressional District, but officials are still holding off on certifying the winner amid an investigation of possible voter fraud pertaining to absentee ballots.

North Carolina’s elections board unanimously decided to delay finalizing the results of the close U.S. House race in a meeting Tuesday. Friday’s board meeting agenda did not include any plans for certification, according to the Washington Post

Republican Mark Harris leads Democrat Dan McCready by 905 votes out of nearly 283,000 cast in the district. The GOP has held the district since 1963.

Democratic Party attorney John Wallace has alleged public records confirm “that serious irregularities and improprieties may have occurred,” pointing to Bladen County which had the highest percentage of absentee ballot requests in the whole state, the Charlotte Observer reported.

Wallace gave the elections board notarized affidavits from several voters who claimed ballots were improperly collected without being signed or appropriately sealed. One woman said she turned over a partially completed ballot, and the person collecting it said “she would finish it herself.”

Oh, wow, ‘ballot harvesting’. And where did this start? It started in California.

Update: The Gateway Pundit reports:

Democrat Dan McCready announced Thursday in a video posted to his Twitter account that he is withdrawing his concession in North Carolina’s 9th Congressional District after finding out ballots may have been illegally “harvested” by his Republican opponent.

“Today, I withdraw my concession to Mark Harris,” McCready said in a video posted to his Twitter while calling on his Republican opponent Mark Harris “to tell us exactly what he knew and when he knew it.”

This is how Democrats play hardball every single day in every single election; they accuse Republicans of doing precisely what Democrats themselves do, like ‘ballot harvesting’ in California.

Now they are using a new tactic that we have seen three times in 2018 after Democrats lost elections – they ‘un-concede’ just like McCready did and just like losing Democrats did in both the Florida and Georgia gubernatorial elections.

Finally if you want to read a bizarre story about how Democrats are even using computer models to steal elections, go here. This story is unbelievable and very technical and somewhat hard to follow.
