Democrat Election Fraud Gets Worse and More Brazen

Democrats have been stealing elections for decades. We know that the first election of Democrat president Lyndon Johnson (LBJ) to the US Senate from Texas in 1948 was cloaked in fraud, with thousands of ballots magically appearing when it looked like Johnson would lose. The World Tribune reports:

On election night, Sept. 2, 1948, in the Democrat Primary runoff against former Texas Governor Coke Stevenson, it appeared LBJ lost.

Then, mysteriously, a box of uncounted ballots was “discovered” in the south Texas town of Alice in Jim Wells County, Precinct 13. Confusion reigned in Texas and by the end of the week, LBJ won by 87 votes. Both sides accused the other of voter fraud.

Wikpedia reports:

Robert Caro argued in his 1989 book that Johnson had thus stolen the election in Jim Wells County and that 10,000 ballots were also rigged in Bexar County alone. Election judge Luis Salas said in 1977 that he had certified 202 fraudulent ballots for Johnson

Caro wrote in his book The Years of Lyndon Johnson:

“The slimy creature who stole the 1948 Texas Senate election … Lyndon Johnson … driven by ‘a boundless ambition … his career had been a story of manipulation, deceit and ruthlessness … the morality of the ballot box … in which nothing matters but victory and any maneuver that leads to victory is justified … Johnson … stole the victory in the 1948 Senate race … That campaign was an American classic … Johnson battled … a strongly favored opponent to win by the narrowest of margins — the 87-vote victory that earned him the derisive nickname of ‘Landslide Lyndon’ …

Johnson is widely considered to be the sleaziest, nastiest most corrupt politician in American history. And a Democrat, of course.

Meanwhile we know that the Democrats stole the 1960 presidential election for John F. Kennedy. We could write a book about that one.

In recent years we have seen what looks clearly like Democrat fraud in elections for governor of Washington state in 2004; for US Senate in South Dakota in 2002; and for US Senate in Alaska and in Minnesota in 2008.

In the 2018 mid-term elections, we saw a more aggressive form of Democrat fraud by a party angry and desperate over president Trump’s victory. In many cases Republican candidates were declared the winners of their races on election day. But then the margin of victory shrank and shrank as more Democrat votes were “found” and counted in ensuing days, leading to many Democrat victories.

(Here and here are analyses about that apparent 2018 fraud from

In the Arizona US Senate race in 2018 Republican Martha McSally won on election day but ultimately so many Democrat votes were “found” that she ended up losing by 65,000 votes. The race was not even called until six days after the election.

One very close 2018 US House race in Maine was decided by a mathematical algorithm(!) called ‘ranked choice voting’ that gave the seat to the Democrat. It was so brazenly rigged that Republican governor Paul LePage certified the election with his signature but hand-wrote “stolen election” on the document.

Now Democrats are continuing to employ more and more underhanded election tactics to help them win. Here are some examples:

*Oregon and New York state are considering legislation to allow 16-year-olds to vote. This is a brand new proposal from Democrats which is obviously intended to get younger and younger people voting. These young people know very little about the issues and are being more and more strongly propagandized by the public school system to vote Democrat.

Oregon state senate Republican Leader Herman Baertschiger, Jr., R-Grants Pass, said 16-years-old is too young to vote. “… (They) are too young to enlist in the military, too young to own firearms, too young to own property, too young to enter into legal contracts, and too young to get married. But they are old enough to vote? People are not legally considered adults in this country until they are 18 years old, and I believe they shouldn’t be able to vote until then either. This is nothing more than an attempt to expand the voter rolls to sway elections,” he said.

*Never-ending campaigns: Democrats never stop campaigning because attaining and holding political power is their life’s work. Example: Several years ago encountered a liberal activist collecting signatures on a petition on the main street of a small resort town on a Friday in the Summertime. I suggested that he allow people to enjoy their nice weekend without being harangued about politics, but that fell on deaf ears.

In my hometown in Massachusetts Democrats go out every year during the July 4 parade to collect petition/nomination signatures, i.e., they will not let a moment go to waste when it comes to politics, not even a day of celebration that is supposed to be non-partisan.

In newspaper across the country leftist letter-writers bombard readers with a never-ending avalanche of Trump-hater commentaries.

Meanwhile our universities and the arts have become bastions of anti-conservative hatred.

In other words, every day is election day to Democrats. They never miss a chance to collect votes or signatures, or make their case on myriad political issues.

*Overturning our Electoral College system: After losing the presidential election in 2016 while Hillary won the popular vote Democrats have simply decided that our whole Constitutional system needs to be thrown out. The Hill website reports:

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis (D) will sign a measure to award his state’s electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote, moving a countrywide coalition one step closer to circumventing the Electoral College.

In an interview Sunday, Polis called the Electoral College an “undemocratic relic” of the nation’s past, one he wants to see relegated to the dustbin of history.

“I’ve long supported electing the president by who gets the most votes,” Polis told The Hill. “It’s a way to move towards direct election of the president.”

Colorado will become the 12th state to join the national popular vote interstate compact. Those 12 states and the District of Columbia, which has also passed a popular-vote bill, account for 181 electoral votes, just under 90 shy of the 270 votes a presidential candidate needs to win the White House.

The Electoral College was created for a specific reason by the framers of the US Constitution. But since Democrats lost in 2016, they want to reject the whole system. This is how they want to overthrow all of our freedoms and turn us into a dictatorship.

This attempt to undermine the Electoral College will be knocked down in the Supreme Court. We would need a Constitutional amendment to eliminate the Electoral College.

*Smear charges against Republicans and conservatives: We saw this in the Brett Kavanaugh hearings and in the Alabama US Senate race in December 2017, when Republican candidate Roy Moore was smeared with totally unproven sexual abuse hearsay allegations from 1977 and lost the election. In that case a second accuser was exposed as a fraud just a few days before the election. witnessed the same thing in a statewide auditor race in Massachusetts in 2010 when the highly qualified Republican candidate Mary Z. Connaughton lost by a small margin after a last-minute smear campaign by the sleazy Democrat Suzanne Bump.

*So called “motor-voter” laws automatically register voters when they get a driver’s license. This is why Democrats want illegal aliens to have driver’s licenses – so that they are automatically registered to vote.

*Illegal immigrants are no longer shy about voting or afraid to vote. It has been reported that millions of illegal have been voting in US elections over the past decade. This would be no surprise. The illegals know that their chances of being caught and prosecuted are slim to none, and they are being encouraged to vote by Democrats.

Meanwhile Fox News reported:

Nearly every House Democrat on Friday opposed a measure condemning voting in U.S. elections by illegal immigrants, as part of a sweeping election reform bill.

The GOP-backed measure would have added language to the “H.R.1” election proposal stating that “allowing illegal immigrants the right to vote devalues the franchise and diminishes the voting power of United States citizens.”

Federal law already prohibits non-citizens from voting in elections for federal office. But the GOP motion referenced how San Francisco is allowing non-citizens, including illegal immigrants, to register to vote in school board elections.

Look at this from Breitbart News about the actual bill:

The House on Thursday passed a sweeping Democrat bill on voting regulations, campaign finance, and ethics rules that conservatives have derided as a “voter fraud and election theft” wish list.

The House passed … the For the People Act, which was approved on staunch party lines by 234-193 vote.

(The Act) would expand early voting, enact redistricting changes, make Election Day a federal holiday, automatically register voters, and force stricter disclosure laws for many political activities. One provision would force presidential candidates and vice-presidential candidates to release their tax returns over the last ten years, which Democrats have tried to force President Donald Trump to do since he first decided to run for president.

Notice one key phrase – “automatically register voters”. This is intended to get people registered without any effort on their part. believes that this is a very bad idea. After all voting is not a “right”. There is no ‘right to vote’ in the Constitution. Voting is a “privilege” that American citizens can enjoy if they make the effort to register and vote.

That is why believes that registering to vote should not be easy, like automatic registration, motor-voter, or online registration. It should require some work and accountability so that voting is not taken for granted and is done legally.

*Same-day voter registration: This allows citizens to register and vote on the same day. Under this system there is no opportunity for a registration to be verified. And while the votes are supposed to be held aside until the registration is verified, these same-day voters are increasingly having their ballots counted without verification, which is another form of creeping fraud.

This practice appears to have a swung a US Senate election in New Hampshire in 2016 when Republican Kelly Ayotte lost by only 1,017 votes while more than 5,000 same-day registrations took place. Many of these voters appear under scrutiny to have been young sham voters who came into New Hampshire from next-door Massachusetts to vote Democrat. These sham voters know that their chances of being caught are effectively zero. believes that every state should make a cutoff date for voter registration so that the registrations can be verified for all voters by election day.

*Yard signs: You may notice that liberal yard signs are all over the place. But in decades past political yard signs were generally restricted to campaign season. Those days are over. In New England there are yard signs out constantly year-round, and virtually exclusively for liberal causes, like siding with the nurses’ union against the local hospital in my town. Or to fight a pipeline or power line.

At the same time conservative campaign signs are often stolen when they are legitimately posted on private property during election season. knows about this from personal experiences working in campaigns.

*Intimidation: was working in a campaign in 2012 when I put out a yard sign for a Republican candidate on a private lawn. A liberal next-door neighbor pressured the homeowner to remove the sign. When I asked the homeowner about it, he seemed frightened to talk about it. In other words the neighbor had threatened or intimidated him in some way.

*Online voter registration: By removing any personal contact between a person registering to vote and a voter registrar, online registration greatly expands the possibility of fraud, particularly for illegal immigrants. This is why Democrats want online registration.

On a separate issue to nullify an election – of president Trump – Fox News reported:

Progressive groups are reaching out to 2020 Democratic presidential candidates to support their push to expand the number of Supreme Court justices in order to diminish the current conservative majority.

So far, the drive by the group named ‘Pack the Courts’ is getting two maybes from Democratic presidential contenders and a no from a likely White House hopeful.

“I don’t think we should be laughing at it,” South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg, a Democrat, said last week at an event in Philadelphia.

“Because in some ways it’s no more a shattering of norms than what’s already been done to get the judiciary to where it is today,” added Buttigieg, an Afghanistan War veteran who last month launched a presidential exploratory committee.

Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, who’s also launched a presidential exploratory committee, said last month on ‘Pod Save America’ that expanding the court or imposing term limits were “interesting ideas.”

So in other words Republicans legitimately and legally won the right to pick Supreme Court justices with the election of president Trump. But Democrats have decided to seek to overturn that election and that right by ‘packing the Court’.

Democrat president Roosevelt tried to do this in the 1930s but failed. It will fail again, but that won’t stop Democrats from trying. Fox News reported:

Former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said the next Democratic president should look into expanding the U.S. Supreme Court in a bid to counter Republicans’ “power-grabbing antics.”

Holder… told the crowd that if he was president, he would “seriously consider adding two seats to the Supreme Court to make up for [Senate Majority Leader] Mitch McConnell‘s power-grabbing antics.”

So even a former attorney general wants to go around the law. But this is no surprise. That is what Holder did for 7 years under Obama.
