President Trump has waged an all-out war on ISIS terrorists in Syria. It is reported that US air strikes killed 30,000(!) terrorists and ended the ISIS insurgency against the Syrian government.
On the other hand Obama played patty-cake with ISIS. The US military under Obama staged many air strikes but nothing devastating. The strikes were done mostly for show.
Meanwhile the US military under Trump killed Hamza bin Laden, the son of 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden. Hamza bin Laden was a top al-qaeda terror leader.
Now we have another major kill reported, this time on the ISIS terror group. President Trump announced the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, whom US forces have been seeking for many years.
And not only did we get al-Baghdadi but president Trump ratcheted up the rhetoric by describing al-Baghdadi as dying “in a vicious and violent way, as a coward, running and crying.” Trump added, “He died like a dog, he died like a coward.”
This is great stuff. Bravo Trump! He said:
“(al-Baghdadi) died after running into a dead-end tunnel, whimpering, crying, and screaming all the way. The compound had been cleared by this time with people either surrendering or being shot and killed. Eleven young children were moved out of the house and are uninjured. The only ones remaining were Baghdadi in the tunnel.”
“He had dragged three of his young children with him. They were led to certain death. He reached the end of the tunnel, as our dogs chased them down. He ignited his vest, killing himself and the three children. His body was mutilated by the blast, the tunnel had caved in on it in addition. Test results gave certain, immediate, and totally positive identification. It was him.”
“The thug who tried so hard to intimidate others (al-Baghdadi) spent his last moments in utter fear, and total panic and dread, terrified of the American forces bearing down on him. We were in the compound for approximately two hours, and after the mission was accomplished we took highly sensitive material and information from the raid. Much having to do with ISIS origins, future plans, things that we very much want.”
Great. And this, friends, is what a real war on terrorism looks like, where you gloat over your victories. Naturally we could expect the Fake News media to downplay the killing or even sympathize with the terrorists.
Don’t believe it? Well, here we go… after the al-Baghdadi death was announced The Washington Post ran a story with the headline that al-Baghdadi was the ‘austere religious scholar at the helm of Islamic State’ without mentioning that he was chief of the world’s most vicious terror group.
The CBS News senior national security contributor said he was “bothered” by Trump’s lurid details about the killing. CNN’s Jake Tapper cut away from Trump’s announcement of al-Baghdadi’s killing to talk about… drum roll, please… impeachment.
Navy admiral James Winnefeld, Obama’s vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said he was concerned about Trump’s “piling on”. Winnefeld whined, “If you look back at (the 2011 raid that killed Osama bin Laden under Obama), we treated his body with respect that is due under islam.”
Yeah, right… just like terrorist treat non-muslims with respect by chopping off their heads.
These liberals are sick. Obama photographer Pete Souza even claimed that a staged photo was offered of Trump with military leaders in the White House situation room as they followed the al-Baghdadi raid. Souza had to walk back that claim.
It gets better. When asked if he notified House speaker Nancy Pelosi of the pending raid president Trump said, “No, I didn’t. I didn’t do that. I wanted to make sure this kept secret. I don’t want to have people lost.”
In other words Trump knew that the Democrats and their media cronies would do everything in their power to tip off al-Baghdadi.
Even better, the al-Baghdadi takedown came precisely as Trump was being criticized for withdrawing US troops from Syria.
Conclusion: Don’t doubt president Trump. He is a master policy-maker.
Update: ISIS spokesman Abu Hassan al-Muhajir, considered the successor to al-Baghdadi, also has been killed in Syria.
This is yet another great victory for humanity by president Trump…
Red Meat is Great Stuff
For decades the health fanatics on the political left have been telling us that red meat is bad for us.
This is false; in fact red meat is probably the best food ever. If you were going to eat just one food then red meat would be best.
And if you want proof that meat is good then just look at the pasty-faced weaklings who stumble out of health-food stores with their bags full of vegetables and tofu for dinner.
A new series of studies says that red meat is good for you. National Review reported:
Most people may continue to eat their current levels of red and processed meat without endangering their health, according to a panel of international scientists, contradicting concerns that eating meat could contribute to serious medical conditions.
Researchers at McMaster and Dalhousie universities conducted four systematic reviews of red and processed meat consumption and found no discernible links to damaged cardiometabolic health and cancer. Their recommendations were published in the Annals of Internal Medicine.
A review of a dozen trials with 54,000 individuals found no link between eating meat and heart disease, diabetes or cancer.
We all knew that this is true but most of the Fake News media are acting like it is a big revelation since the media are always pushing a leftist narrative including vegetarianism or veganism or whatever they call it. Note: Hitler became a vegetarian and vegetarianism was very popular in German nazi culture of the 1930s.
Beef and other meats are nutritious and high in protein and vitamins. Nikitas3.com has always felt light-headed if I don’t eat meat at least once a day. So if you imagine millions of these vegans avoiding their basic brain nutrition then you know why they are so crazy. Because their brains are being starved and they live in a constant state of light-headedness but do not even know it; they think that it is normal.
Man has eaten meat since the beginning of civilization. Man has always craved meat. Meat is good for you and it tastes good. Meat is concentrated nutrition just like coal and oil represent concentrated energy. And naturally the same people who oppose meat also oppose coal and oil. The connection is obvious.
Meat always has been a staple of a good human diet. It is considered a high-value food product unlike vegetables which are low-value. Since most people recognize this reality and reject the light-headed vegan lifestyle, the fanatics have added a new dimension in their crusade to end meat consumption. They claim that farm animals being raised for meat are harming the environment and contributing to ‘climate change’ or ‘global warming’.
This assumes that vegetables and other non-meat products like rice don’t consume any energy or make any demands of the environment. But that also is false. All foods need energy to be grown, processed and distributed. And if you add up all of the energy, labor, capital and land that it takes to get the same amount of nutrition from vegetables as from meat then you will see that vegetables consume plenty and may not save anything. They may actually consume more per unit of nutritional value produced. The University of Vermont reported in July 2014:
The energy inputs associated with animal-derived foods are high. This shouldn’t surprise anyone; the production of these foods—even seafood—requires machinery, sophisticated processing facilities, industrially-produced feed, refrigerated transportation and copious amounts of fuel. The energy intensity of fruit and vegetables in the US might surprise some, but it shouldn’t; modern fruit and vegetable farming systems are highly industrialized, relying on vast monocultures, fertilizers, pesticides, and tillage practices that require heavy machinery and plenty of fuel. While grain is less energy intensive than other foods, it is relatively devoid of easily absorbed nutrients and provides little more than empty calories. At the national level, there appears to be little meaningful difference between the energy intensity of animal-derived foods relative to fruits and vegetables.
Nikitas3.com once went on a vegetarian diet as an experiment. And I found that my food bill didn’t decrease at all even though I expected it to go down significantly.
Let’s say that you were going to buy $10 worth of chicken and beef to eat for a week but then you decided to skip the meat and spend the same amount on green beans, broccoli, spinach, squash, etc. You will spend the same $10 but will end up getting much less nutrition.
Nikitas3.com has paid $3 for a bag of regular spinach while baby spinach is a whopping $5. For those same prices you could buy chicken parts (thighs, legs, breasts, etc.) or a ham steak or pork chops or even a whole chicken. You can get good cuts of beef for $3 or $4 or $5 a pound. Or hamburger. And they will last for many meals after being cooked.
Nikitas3.com has cooked meatballs from $5 worth of hamburger that then lasted for five meals. Nikitas3.com has often bought whole chickens that can last five meals, even after freezing and thawing. It breaks down to as little as $1 per meal or even less. And chicken is good protein.
But when you cook down that bag of spinach you don’t have much nutrition or even bulk. In fact vegetables appear to cost much more if you account for the same nutritional value as meat.
Then if you go to these ‘organic’ food stores you might see a lemon for $2 or squash at $3.50 a pound or broccoli at $3.99, as Nikitas3.com saw recently. And that was at the “organic” section of a supermarket. Health-food store prices are much higher.
In addition “organic” vegetables require much more land, water, capital and labor than vegetables grown on large farms with fertilizers, pesticides and mechanized equipment. That is why they are so expensive.
Here Comes ‘Environmental Racism’
Breitbart News reports:
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) on Wednesday unveiled her plan to address “environmental injustice” and “environmental racism,” which includes a $1 trillion investment into minority communities affected by “industrial pollution.”
So here we go. Another $1 trillion for ‘minority communities’ on top of the tens of trillions that they already have gotten. Breitbart reports:
Warren argues that “justice” plays a massive role in properly addressing the climate change “crisis,” citing studies that suggest that black and Hispanic families are disproportionately affected by air pollution caused by white people:
A more recent study found that while whites largely cause air pollution, Blacks and Latinxs are more likely to breathe it in. Unsurprisingly, these groups also experience higher rates of childhood asthma. And many more low-income and minority communities are exposed to toxins in their water – including lead and chemicals from industrial and agricultural run-off.
Notice that the socialists and ‘green’ extremists never mention the fact that blacks and hispanics who live in white nations like the US have vastly higher standards of living than they would in their home nations. And that they get access to massive amounts of US taxpayer handouts generated by advanced economies established by and operated by white people. Breitbart News reports:
Warren calls this phenomenon “environmental racism” and concludes that “environmental injustice is the result of decades of discrimination and environmental racism compounding in communities that have been overlooked for too long.”
She previewed her plan in a video clip featuring far-left “Squad” member Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI).
“We need a government that’s on the side of families—not giant corporations polluting our communities. @RashidaTlaib and I walked through 48217, the most polluted zip code in Michigan, and talked with the families living every day with the effects of pollution,” Warren tweeted alongside the clip.
Have you ever seen all of this pollution that the ‘greenies’ claim is killing Americans by the millions?
Actually it does not exist. In fact Nikitas3.com grew up in the 1950s and 1960s when America was polluted more than any other nation in history with some of the most toxic chemicals ever. Yet my generation is living longer and healthier lives than ever before. Shouldn’t we all have died?
Theoretically, yes. Today the United States has a very clean environment. But then the same ‘greenies’ utter not a peep about the massive and historic pollution being emitted by communist China where hundreds of millions of people every day are subjected to devastating and deadly air pollution.
Question: Why are ‘greenies’ silent about China?
Answer: Because the ‘green’ movement is not about the environment. It is a socialist/communist movement designed to undermine the American economy with endless taxes, regulations and obstruction. Breitbart continues:
Like Warren’s other proposals, her environmental injustice plan weaves in aspects of her other campaign promises. For instance, Warren says her housing plan will provide an assistance program, aimed to get impoverished families out of poor, pollution-ridden neighborhoods and into the “neighborhood of their choice.”
So now they are using pollution as a reason for housing assistance. How creative… Breitbart News continued:
She also pledges to invest one-third – or $1 trillion – of her climate change investment “into the most vulnerable communities,” although she does not specify what the $1 trillion will be spent on, specifically.
In other words we should not care how this money is spent. Liberals will manage to spend it. And that is all that matters to Democrats, that the cash gets into the hands of people like ‘Pocahontas’ Warren to fritter away as they wish. Breitbart News continued:
(Warren) even weaves in Medicare for All as part of her broader proposal, arguing such a system will “make it easier for the federal government to quickly tailor health care responses to specific environmental disasters in affected communities when they occur.
Thus Medicare for All is needed allegedly because of pollution. Well, friends, in my town the air is perfectly clean and there is no pollution since there are no factories; the Democrats and the unions have driven them all away. Yet there are plenty of ‘people of color’ using the hospital and medical services and not paying a cent for it.
Here are some of Pocahontas’ tweets:
We need to invest in the communities who have borne the brunt of industrial pollution and are on the front lines of climate change. I’ll direct at least $1 trillion to the most vulnerable communities—not just to clean up pollution, but to help them build a more resilient future.
As we fight the climate crisis, we have an opportunity to create millions of good-paying American jobs and rebuild our unions. We cannot fight climate change with a low-wage economy. Workers and unions must be our partners in this fight.
But we must ensure that we honor our commitments to fossil fuel workers as we transition to the new green economy. We’ll ensure that new jobs have similar wages and benefits. And I’ll fight to protect the pensions and benefits that they’ve earned.
As I’ve traveled this country, I’ve heard the human stories from frontline communities. Families where many people have cancer. Coastal communities facing the threat of rising sea levels. Ruined land and poisoned water. These communities need justice—and I will stand with them.
Look at the apocalyptic wording…. “many people have cancer, climate crisis, rising seas, ruined land and poisoned water”. What country does Pocahontas live in?
She lives in the Scary States of America, that’s where. This is the land where everything is dark, evil and hopeless. This is the America that Democrats want to be leaders of.
Meanwhile the militant left-wing Pope Francis is pushing the radical ‘green’ agenda hard. Breitbart News reported:
Participants in the Vatican synod on the Amazon region proposed adding “sins against the environment” to lists of traditionally recognized sins in their second day of discussions and deliberations.
Synod fathers called for an “ecological conversion” that would allow people to see “the gravity of sins against the environment as sins against God, against our neighbour, and against future generations,” Vatican News reported Wednesday.
“This would imply a need to produce and spread more widely a theological literature that would include ‘ecological sins’ alongside traditional sins,” the report stated.
Oh, so now they want to say that we are all sinners for using our cars and our computers.
Gee, maybe these Catholics could investigate and expose the child molesters in their midst before pointing fingers at the rest of us for driving our cars to work every day or turning on our computers. Breitbart News reports:
The working documents of the Amazon Synod frames the entire question of the Church’s renewal in the region in terms of the environment, proposing “New Paths for the Church and for an Integral Ecology.”
In order to be “ever more synodal,” the Church must listen “to the peoples and to the earth by coming into contact with the abundant reality of an Amazon full of life and wisdom but also of contrasts,” the text states.
This sounds like secular New Age nonsense, which is exactly what it is. This is where environmentalism is taking Christianity and everyone else. Here’s more baloney:
“It continues with the cry that is provoked by destructive deforestation and extractivist activities and that demands an integral ecological conversion,” it says.
Again and again the document directs synod members to turn their attention to the cries of the earth and to “convert.”
“The aggression towards this vital zone of Mother Earth and its inhabitants threatens their subsistence, their culture and their spirituality,” it proclaims. “It also affects the life of all humanity, particularly the poor, the excluded, the marginalized, the persecuted. The present situation calls urgently for an integral ecological conversion.”
“The culture of the Amazon, which integrates human beings with nature, constitutes a benchmark for building a new paradigm of integral ecology,” it declares.
OK, enough. Here is a final word from the alarmist ‘greenies’ to show you again how crazy they are. Far-left Democrat congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said recently:
When it comes to the Green New Deal, people are, like — and of course, they come from this zero-sum mentality: “We’re going to take away your hamburgers. We’re going to take away your airplanes. We’re going to take away all of these things.” And really, what this is asking us is what are we going to make, not what are we going to take away — what are we going to establish. And, frankly, for everyone who says a Green New Deal is going to ground (airplanes), I guarantee you, climate change — which threatens storms, turbulence, airplane groundings, and airport closures — will ground airplanes far sooner and far worse than any sort of climate legislation ever would if we made, for example, scientific investments in zero-carbon airplanes and flights and things like that, which, I believe, at some point, you know, hopefully we’ll be able to create that kind of technology. But it takes thinking like this to do it.
This female is insane. It takes energy to power an airliner at 550 miles per hour. There is no substitute for carbon energy (jet fuel). Does she plan to run it on solar panels mounted on the roof? Good luck with that… It wouldn’t have enough power to even get out to the runway.
Second, notice that she says that climate change “threatens storms, turbulence, airplane groundings, and airport closures”.
Gee, I thought ‘climate change’ was already with us and that we only have ten years to live? And thus that all of these storms and turbulence already have destroyed the airlines.
But no, ‘climate change’ apparently will happen some time in the indeterminate future as all of the ‘green’ crises will, like “rising seas” which are not rising at all but supposedly will do so in the future.
These ‘greenies’ are cranks and lunatics. Al Gore said in 2007 that seas were going to rise 17 feet but then in 2010 he bought a $9 million mansion right on the beach in California. Meanwhile Obama recently purchased a $15 million ocean-side mansion.
So much for “rising seas”…
