Hopes for 2020/ Chile Could Become Venezuela

As 2020 dawns we should consider events that would be good for our society in the coming year, primarily the re-election of president Trump. Here are some of the things that we can expect him to continue to do in 2020:

*First and foremost is the Trump Prosperity. President Trump has started us down the road to reverse decades of economic decline by bringing jobs and investment capital back to the US and fueling a stock market bonanza. Trump policies have brought up to $1 TRILLION in investment capital back from abroad since 2017. Meanwhile CNBC.com reported on the problem that existed way back in 2010:

Corporate America appears to be hoarding cash. But the reality is that much of the almost $1 trillion on non-financial company balance sheets is parked overseas and destined to stay there for use on foreign acquisitions.

Treasurers do not much like the idea of bringing profits home if it comes at a 35 percent tax rate.

President Trump’s tax cuts for business are bringing this capital home for job creation here in the US. This will continue in 2020. Great.

*In 2020 president Trump will continue his policy to roll back destructive regulations and ‘green’ policies that are strangling the economy. This is one of the main reasons that the Trump economy is doing steadily well – because the president is removing the underlying obstructions that were thwarting it. Otherwise we might see the economy wavering.

Remember when Obama wondered whether Trump was going to wave a “magic wand” to improve the economy?

No, the president simply instituted common-sense policies like cutting taxes and rolling back regulations. And those are two things that Democrats will never do.

He can roll back regulations unilaterally, without congressional approval, since these are regulations established by federal agencies. They are not laws passed by Congress. And so Congress is not needed to repeal them. As leader of the executive branch president Trump can roll them back.

*2020 will see the president exonerated in the phony impeachment investigation. This is good news. Americans are seeing what a sham this is. It is arousing little interest except among the leftist fanatics who want to remove the president from office.

In fact the president’s poll numbers are rising and his fundraising is going through the roof with this impeachment nonsense. Nikitas3.com believes that impeachment will play a major role in re-electing the president as he gets a huge sympathy backlash from voters.

*President Trump has re-negotiated better trade deals with all of our major foreign trading partners. This is a major accomplishment that no other president would have done. He did this using his decades of business acumen.

And with the full China trade deal expected to be finalized in 2020, this is certainly going to do great things for the US economy since China is the second biggest economy in the world ($12 trillion versus $22 trillion for the US and $18 trillion for all of Europe combined).

*America has been moving strongly to energy independence under president Trump, and surges in oil and natural gas production are going to continue in 2020 and beyond. Great. One of the best things for the betterment of our economy is low energy prices brought on by an increased supply.

*President Trump is closing the Mexican border to mass illegal immigration and that is going to continue throughout 2020. The border wall is going up steadily and will continue into 2020, probably hundreds of miles of new wall in the new year, starting at the most heavily-crossed places. Great.

This will help to insure Trump’s re-election. Yet Trump gets hammered in the Fake News media every day for securing our border. But this exposes the Democrats for who they really are. They want a world without borders, which is undermining America and Europe with mass immigration.

*President Trump has spoken out against fraudulent windmills and solar panels which are expensive, low-yield and “intermittent” energy sources that cannot be relied on to power a modern economy. And we know that he will continue to speak out in 2020. Federal and state tax subsidies for these inefficient, ineffective energy sources must be terminated immediately.

*President Trump has been appointing conservative judges to the federal judiciary, including the Supreme Court, at a record pace. This is great news. He even is turning the wacky left-wing 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to the conservative side. This will continue in 2020 and beyond after president Trump is re-elected next November.

*President Trump has been pursuing a policy to strengthen the US military and, just as importantly, to avoid risking any more American military lives in wars abroad. And while a few US soldiers have been killed on his watch, including in the inherited war in Afghanistan, he is doing everything in his power to avoid any kind of foreign military entanglement that does not directly affect American interests.

Democrats and RINO Republicans hate Trump for being an America First nationalist and not a globalist who is willing to intervene here, there and everywhere. But we all saw the failed Bush presidency which was brought down by the disastrous Iraq war, and we can be sure that president Trump is never going to go down that road.

President Trump not only is saving the lives of US soldiers but is saving American taxpayers tens of billions of dollars every year by not involving us in expensive military actions abroad. The US reportedly will be drawing down 4,000 troops in Afghanistan in 2020. Good. Trump is standing up to the generals as well as the globalist warmongers like Bush, Cheney, McCain and Obama.

*We can rely on president Trump to continue in 2020 to put American interests ahead of everything else. This is good news for American workers. If Hillary Clinton were president, she would be putting the interests of Ukraine, China, Iran and every other country ahead of America’s.

*President Trump destroyed the ISIS terrorists in Syria and ended the war there. He ordered relentless air strikes that are reported to have killed 30,000 terrorists. This devastated ISIS without a single US soldier being lost in conflict on the ground. Let us hope that this ‘peace through strength’ strategy continues in 2020.

*One of the most significant political victories that president Trump is going to win in 2020 is to expose the massively corrupt Deep State in Washington. 2020 should see major legal actions taken against top figures in Washington from the Obama administration and the Democrat party.

This will be a monumental step, to finally expose the corruption that exists in Washington that is stealing endlessly from the freedoms and the wallets of every American in order to empower and enrich the Deep State elites.

*And perhaps the most important thing that president Trump can do in 2020 is to continue to fight for the rights and dignity of decent white Americans who have been ruthlessly maligned, attacked, marginalized, insulted and impugned for decades now, even in college courses that claim that we white people have some sort of “privilege”.

No, we do not have “privilege”. We simply are smart and honest, and we work hard. And that has given us better standards of living, and a better country, than most other people in the world.

Good for us. That is why every poor person in the world would come to the United States if they could, in order to live among smart white people and the stable society that we have created.

Chile Could Become Venezuela

For many decades Chile has been the most prosperous and stable nation in South America. This happened for good reason. In November 1970 a communist physician named Salvador Allende was elected president of Chile. Seeing a bad situation developing the Chilean military overthrew Allende in September 1973 and installed a government under the rule of general Augusto Pinochet.

Pinochet established stability and prosperity and a market-driven economy, and in 1988 he returned power back to the people in the form of a free election. Chile has held free elections ever since.

In the decades following 1973 Chile became known as the most stable nation in South America. But things have changed. The Guardian (UK) recently reported about “unrest” in November 2019:

Chilean political parties have agreed to a referendum on replacing the country’s Pinochet-era constitution, in a deal which could help end nearly a month of sometimes violent political unrest.

The country has been rocked by weeks of demonstrations which began over subway fares and quickly grew into a broader protest over economic inequality and political exclusion.

Much of the protesters’ anger has focused on Chile’s 1980 constitution, which is seen as the embodiment of Augusto Pinochet’s neoliberal model, prioritizing a market-driven economy but failing to adequately guarantee healthcare, education and pensions.

After an agreement hammered out in congress early on Friday, a nationwide plebiscite in April (2020) will ask Chileans if they want a new constitution – and how it will be drafted.

OK, we know where this is going. The “demonstrations” and this “unrest” were not just home-grown protests. They were full-scale riots, often violent, orchestrated by the communists in Chile. It has been reported that communist China also funded the riots which caused major damage including the total destruction of dozens of subway stations in the capital of Santiago.

This destruction was intentional, to frighten the people of Chile. And it worked. An international ‘green’ conference that was scheduled for Santiago was moved to Spain after the riots, which was an embarrassment to Chileans and an unnerving signal that the entire nation could be disrupted again and again by these leftist destroyers.

Notice that the new constitution could “adequately guarantee healthcare, education and pensions”. This is a huge red flag. A genuine constitution guarantees “rights” like free speech (1st Amendment in the US), the right to own a firearm (2nd Amendment in the US), the right to a speedy trial, the right to be secure in your person and property (the 4th Amendment in the US). And so on.

But if a constitution claims that it is going to guarantee ‘needs’ like healthcare, education and pensions then the nation is going to slide into tyranny. Because once the government takes charge of “needs” then the government has total power to decide who gets what, i.e., communism.

This will doom Chile to a Venezuela-like state, where the government controls the lives of the people through its power to dole out everything, i.e., total corruption. Meanwhile real “rights” are abandoned and communist dictatorship ensues.

Let us pray that the Chilean people understand what is going on and vote to keep their current constitution and market-driven economy.

Bernie Sanders was a Bum & Still Is

Investor’s Business Daily reported recently about leading 2020 Democrat presidential candidate Bernie Sanders of Vermont. Sanders is a socialist/communist and he has lived his life that way for decades. IBD reported when Sanders ran for president in 2016:

Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders said Monday his parents would never have thought their son would end up in the Senate and running for president. No kidding. He was a ne’er-do-well into his late 30s.

“It’s certainly something that I don’t think they ever believed would’ve happened,” the unabashed socialist remarked during CNN’s Democratic town hall forum, as polls show him taking the lead in Iowa and New Hampshire.

He explained his family couldn’t imagine his “success,” because “my brother and I and Mom and Dad grew up in a three-and-a-half-room rent-controlled apartment in Brooklyn, and we never had a whole lot of money.”

It wasn’t as bad as he says. His family managed to send him to the University of Chicago. Despite a prestigious degree, however, Sanders failed to earn a living, even as an adult. It took him 40 years to collect his first steady paycheck — and it was a government check.

“I never had any money my entire life,” Sanders told Vermont public TV in 1985, after settling into his first real job as mayor of Burlington.

Sanders spent most of his life as an angry radical and agitator who never accomplished much of anything. And yet now he thinks he deserves the power to run your life and your finances — “We will raise taxes;” he confirmed Monday, “yes, we will.”

One of his first jobs was registering people for food stamps, and it was all downhill from there.

Sanders took his first bride to live in a (cabin in Vermont) with a dirt floor, and she soon left him. Penniless, he went on unemployment. Then he had a child out of wedlock. Desperate, he tried carpentry but could barely sink a nail. “He was a shi**y carpenter,” a friend told Politico Magazine. “His carpentry was not going to support him, and didn’t.”

Then he tried his hand freelancing for leftist rags, writing about “masturbation and rape” and other crudities for $50 a story. He drove around in a rusted-out, Bondo-covered VW bug with no working windshield wipers. Friends said he was “always poor” and his “electricity was turned off a lot.” They described him as a slob who kept a messy apartment — and this is what his friends had to say about him.

The only thing he was good at was talking … non-stop … about socialism and how the rich were ripping everybody off. “The whole quality of life in America is based on greed,” the bitter layabout said. “I believe in the redistribution of wealth in this nation.”

So he tried politics, starting his own socialist party. Four times he ran for Vermont public office, and four times he lost — badly. He never attracted more than single-digit support — even in the People’s Republic of Vermont. In his 1971 bid for U.S. Senate, the local press said the 30-year-old “Sanders describes himself as a carpenter who has worked with ‘disturbed children.’ ” In other words, a real winner.

He finally wormed his way into the Senate in 2006, where he still ranks as one of the poorest members of Congress. Save for a municipal pension, Sanders lists no assets in his name. All the assets provided in his financial disclosure form are his second wife’s. He does, however, have as much as $65,000 in credit-card debt.
