Trump MAGA Power Grows/ Keystone Cancellation Slams Midwest/ MSNBC Host’s Rant

It didn’t take long for Republican US Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell to crawl back into the Deep State swamp that he comes from. After the acquittal of president Trump on the fake impeachment charges, McConnell would not let the issue lay. He suggested that Trump can still be charged in the criminal justice system, writing in The Wall Street Journal:

Jan. 6 was a shameful day. A mob bloodied law enforcement and besieged the first branch of government. American citizens tried to use terrorism to stop a democratic proceeding they disliked.

There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone. His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended.

I was as outraged as any member of Congress. But senators take our own oaths. Our job wasn’t to find some way, any way, to inflict a punishment. The Senate’s first and foundational duty was to protect the Constitution.

The Constitution presupposes that anyone convicted by the Senate must have an office from which to be removed. This doesn’t mean leaving office provides immunity from accountability. Former officials are ‘still liable to be tried and punished in the ordinary tribunals of justice.’ Criminal law and civil litigation ensure there is no so-called January exemption.

After president Trump did massive good for America, this just goes to show what a weasel McConnell is. He was actually a significant ally of the president during the Trump term, but now he knows that his bread is buttered elsewhere. McConnell’s American-born wife Elaine Chao is of Chinese ancestry and the couple is about to cash in on China through Chao’s father’s business connections and through Biden’s pro-China policies.

President Trump slammed McConnell in a statement, obviously setting up a deep split within the Republican party and probably egging on Trump to run again in 2024. Trump wrote in a statement:

The Republican Party can never again be respected or strong with political “leaders” like Sen. Mitch McConnell at its helm. McConnell’s dedication to business as usual, status quo policies, together with his lack of political insight, wisdom, skill, and personality, has rapidly driven him from Majority Leader to Minority Leader, and it will only get worse. The Democrats and Chuck Schumer play McConnell like a fiddle—they’ve never had it so good—and they want to keep it that way! We know our America First agenda is a winner, not McConnell’s Beltway First agenda or Biden’s America Last.

In 2020, I received the most votes of any sitting President in history, almost 75,000,000. Every incumbent House Republican won for the first time in decades, and we flipped 15 seats, almost costing Nancy Pelosi her job. Republicans won majorities in at least 59 of the 98 partisan legislative chambers, and the Democrats failed to flip a single legislative chamber from red to blue. And in “Mitch’s Senate,” over the last two election cycles, I single-handedly saved at least 12 Senate seats, more than eight in the 2020 cycle alone—and then came the Georgia disaster, where we should have won both U.S. Senate seats, but McConnell matched the Democrat offer of $2,000 stimulus checks with $600. How does that work? It became the Democrats’ principal advertisement, and a big winner for them it was. McConnell then put himself, one of the most unpopular politicians in the United States, into the advertisements. Many Republicans in Georgia voted Democrat, or just didn’t vote, because of their anguish at their inept Governor, Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, and the Republican Party, for not doing its job on Election Integrity during the 2020 Presidential race.

It was a complete election disaster in Georgia, and certain other swing states. McConnell did nothing, and will never do what needs to be done in order to secure a fair and just electoral system in the future. He doesn’t have what it takes, never did, and never will.

My only regret is that McConnell “begged” for my strong support and endorsement before the great people of Kentucky in the 2020 election, and I gave it to him. He went from one point down to 20 points up, and won. How quickly he forgets. Without my endorsement, McConnell would have lost, and lost badly. Now, his numbers are lower than ever before, he is destroying the Republican side of the Senate, and in so doing, seriously hurting our Country.

Likewise, McConnell has no credibility on China because of his family’s substantial Chinese business holding. He does nothing on this tremendous economic and military threat.

Mitch is a dour, sullen, and unsmiling political hack, and if Republican Senators are going to stay with him, they will not win again. He will never do what needs to be done, or what is right for our Country. Where necessary and appropriate, I will back primary rivals who espouse Making America Great Again and our policy of America First. We want brilliant, strong, thoughtful, and compassionate leadership.

Prior to the pandemic, we produced the greatest economy and jobs numbers in the history of our Country, and likewise, our economic recovery after Covid was the best in the world. We cut taxes and regulations, rebuilt our military, took care of our Vets, became energy independent, built the wall and stopped the massive inflow of illegals into our Country, and so much more. And now, illegals are pouring in, pipelines are being stopped, taxes will be going up, and we will no longer be energy independent.

This is a big moment for our country, and we cannot let it pass by using third rate “leaders” to dictate our future!

These are obviously fighting words and bets that Trumpism will win and that McConnell will lose. But McConnell does not care. He is in office until 2026 and then could retire anyway (he is 78 years old) and live off of his wife’s business connections and get other powerful and lucrative jobs from his friends in ‘the Swamp’.

Trump is the most famous and charismatic man in the world and McConnell is just a lowly political hack. bets on Trump any day.

Keystone Pipeline Cancellation Spreads Pain throughout Midwest

Biden’s cancellation of the Keystone XL pipeline project is killing tens of thousands of jobs directly. It is no surprise that these jobs are all concentrated in the ‘red’ states that voted for Trump and where the pipeline runs through.

But the effects of the cancellation go beyond the pipeline itself to subcontractors, steelmakers, truck drivers, hotels, restaurants and other services crucial to the pipeline construction. And even further, sadly. The Epoch Times reported:

For more than a decade, Jeff Birkeland had been waiting expectantly in the hope that the Keystone XL (KXL) pipeline would finally materialize and bring with it a much-needed boost to his rural community. His dreams were dashed overnight.

Birkeland is the CEO of West Central Electric Cooperative, which is located in Murdo, a small city in South Dakota with a population of less than 1,000. TransCanada, now known as TC Energy, the firm that commissioned the Keystone XL pipeline, first approached his company back in 2008.

In 2011, he signed a contract with TC Energy to build a transmission line and two substations that would serve power along the KXL route. West Central Electric was meant to start producing power for pump stations along the XL route as early as November 2011, before the pipeline was put on hold.

In March 2019, then-President Donald Trump granted TC Energy a presidential permit to construct and operate the XL pipeline. Biden revoked that permit via executive order in one of his first moves as president.

“It basically shut a lot of what we were doing down overnight,” Birkeland told The Epoch Times. “We’re out $90 million, that’s what that means to us.”

Electric co-ops are private companies that deliver electricity to their customers, also known as members. Rural electric cooperatives serve 56 percent of the nation and account for about 12 percent of total electricity sales in the United States, according to the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.

There are multiple co-ops in the area that range in size in terms of employees and areas they cover. West Central Electric has more than 3,671 members and covers more than 7,000 square miles, and Birkeland said the cancellation of the project hits small rural communities like Murdo especially hard.

Birkeland fired off a number of figures highlighting the negative economic effects of the KXL cancellation, during an interview at his office.

If they had been able to start work on the project in 2012, school districts in the area would have received $1.7 million in tax revenue, he said. South Dakota will also miss out on $4 million in state sales taxes. And if the entire pipeline was up and running, it was expected to generate more than $100 million in property tax revenue along the route. The pipeline would also contribute $3.4 billion to the GDP of the United States on an annual basis.

His company now has $14 million worth of materials sitting idly in the warehouse.

“Essentially, this tells me our rates are going up,” he said. “We’re sparsely populated and this load represented growth and opportunity for our members. That’s what’s tough—if you sit at my desk, you’re trying to figure out what’s best for your members.”

The cries of help from rural communities are starting to be heard. Fourteen Republican attorneys general are urging Biden to reconsider his decision to cancel a permit for the construction of the pipeline, to prevent severe economic harm. They are also threatening to take legal action.

Kit Talich, a staff engineer at West Central, said he understands there are people and arguments on both sides of the pipeline deal, but he said the project would have been a “good boost” to rural South Dakota and would help keep things running.

This Keystone shutdown was a huge hit against people who live in the rural Midwest and who generally vote Republican and against radical environmentalism. This comes after this region has been suffering tremendous economic harm in the past few decades as jobs dried up with agricultural mechanization and towns emptied out.

Democrats are gleeful to be hitting these ‘red’ states hard because Democrats are sick people.

MSNBC Host Slams Small Businesses

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough, once a Republican congressman from Florida who has switched sides to the anti-Trump Fake News media camp, went on a strange rant recently. He dismissed the damage and destruction of hundreds of small businesses in the riots last Summer and Autumn and compared them unfavorably to the US Capitol. He said:

“I know there are idiots on other cable news channels that will say, ‘Well, this mom-and-pop store was vandalized during the summer riots, and that’s just as bad as the United States Capitol being vandalized.’ No jackass, it’s not.

“The Capitol of the United States of America is the center of American democracy. And while I am a fierce believer in people’s right to defend their private property, I’m not going to confuse a taco stand with the United States Capitol. I’m not going to confuse the selling of tacos with actually moving through a constitutional process that is laid out in the United States Constitution for members of the House and the Senate to actually perform their constitutional duties. No. No. No. Property damage does not equal insurrection.”

Scarborough is totally wrong. The protest at the US Capitol did virtually no damage and the political business of the day continued just a few hours later. None of the protesters were armed and there was no “insurrection”.

It appears that all of the people who died in the protest were pro-Trumpers and we have had no explanation for that.

On the other hand, the riots last Summer led by factions on the left like ‘black lives matter’ and ‘antifa’ did up to $2 billion in damage, and led to the deaths of dozens of innocent people. Scarborough’s reference to a “taco stand” is a direct and intentional insult to small businesspeople across America, including hispanics and millions of Democrats who lost businesses in the affected cities.

These riots were a vastly more serious assault on America than a short protest at the US Capitol, which was quickly put down. would bet that millions of people in our cities who have been permanently traumatized by the riots would trade places any day with a few elite congresspeople in Washington who were scared for a three hours on January 6.

Now look at this shocker from The Daily Caller about a leftist ‘black lives matter’ activist who was involved in the Capitol protest, as we conservatives have repeatedly charged:

A left-wing activist facing criminal charges for his involvement in the Capitol riots received $35,000 from both CNN and NBC for footage he recorded of a Trump supporter being fatally shot inside the Capitol building, according to records he filed in federal court on Tuesday.

Lawyers for John Sullivan, a 26-year-old Utah native, disclosed the payments as part of the activist’s argument that he was acting as a journalist in the Capitol rather than a rioter.

This shows how people on the left, including the Fake News media, are funding these leftist extremists through a variety of means, like bailing out rioters last Summer and Autumn or giving them fawning press coverage.

Fauci Wins $1 Million Israeli Prize

Dr. Anthony Fauci has won the $1 million Dan David Prize for “defending science” and advocating for vaccines now being administered worldwide to fight the coronavirus pandemic.

The Israel-based Dan David Foundation named Fauci as the winner of one of three prizes. It said he had earned the recognition over a lifetime of leadership on HIV research and AIDS relief, as well as his advocacy for the vaccines against COVID-19.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Fauci has been wrong so many times about the China virus that it is not funny. Here is a list of how he has been wrong from conservative radio host Mark Simone:

1.) Dr. Fauci says he warned Trump in January that the US was in real trouble but that is not what he said publicly.

In January Dr. Anthony Fauci told Newsmax TV that the United States “did not have to worry” about the coronavirus and that it was “not a major threat.”

2.) Dr. Fauci warned of an apocalyptic coronavirus pandemic — then just weeks later he compared the coronavirus to a bad flu.

3.) Dr. Fauci based all of his predictions on models the that were OFF BY MILLIONS and then later told reporters, “You can’t really rely on models.”

4.) On March 20th Dr. Fauci jumped in and during a press briefing on hydroxychloroquine treatment for coronavirus “corrected” the president saying, “You got to be careful when you say ‘fairly effective.’ It was never done in a clinical trial… It was given to individuals and felt that maybe it worked.”

Exactly two weeks later hydroxychloroquine was deemed the most highly rated treatment for the novel coronavirus in an international poll of more than 6,000 doctors.

5.) Dr. Fauci pushed these garbage models every step of the way.

A month ago Dr. Fauci claimed 1 million to 2 million Americans would die from coronavirus. Then he said 100,000 to 200,000 Americans will die from the virus. Three weeks ago he agreed 81,766 Americans would die from the coronavirus. Then by that Wednesday Then by that Wednesday the experts cut the number of deaths to 60,415 projected deaths. to 60,415 projected deaths.

6.) On Easter Dr. Fauci suggested President Trump. should have shut down the economy in February… When the number of known cases in the US was around 100. Fauci later walked back his attacks.

7.) Dr. Fauci said cruises were OK on March 9th. That was a huge error.

8.) Dr. Fauci said malls, movies and gyms were OK on February 29th. That was another huge mistake.

9.) Dr. Fauci was wrong about the first coronavirus deaths in the country. Dr. Fauci, Dr. Birx and the CDC were off by nearly a month. California officials revealed in April that a patient in Santa Clara died from coronavirus on February 6th not February 29th.

10.) Dr. Fauci and the CDC missed the millions and millions of US citizens who had already contracted the coronavirus before the draconian lockdowns took place. Knowing this could have prevented the economic calamity.

11.) On April 15, 2020, Fauci endorses Tinder internet sex hookups, unbelievably.

12.) Dr. Fauci relied on corrupt W.H.O rules to lock down the United States and destroy the US economy. Meanwhile, this delays the herd immunity that is needed to prevent a future outbreak of this deadly virus.

13.) Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx used the Imperial College Model to persuade President Trump to lock down the entire US economy. The Imperial model has since been confirmed as A COMPLETE FRAUD.

14.) Dr. Fauci warned that Georgia would see a surge in coronavirus cases and deaths by opening their economy too early.

He was wrong again– In fact the opposite happened.

15.) And on Tuesday during testimony Dr. Fauci told Dr. Rand Paul that opening the schools would not be a good idea.

Meanwhile if we go back to the 1980s, Fauci predicted that AIDS was going to break out into the heterosexual population and kill millions. It never happened.

He also did not warn against gays giving infected blood, and thus thousands of non-gay people died of tainted blood transfusions. Fauci is directly responsible for those deaths.

Fauci is a typical do-nothing, know-nothing government bureaucrat. It is no surprise that he is being honored repeatedly by the left.
